I think the punishment is within the parameters. The Head Coach should know everything that is going on with their football team, if not, then they are really not a good HC. There probably needs to be other teams punished so we will see how this plays out.
Its ok to hit hard but you should not target specific players, I think this is what went too far for the NFL Commissioner.
