I consider Practice Planning for Youth Football a key characteristic for great and successful youth football coaches. Without a Plan you Plan to Fail. You must have a practice plan preferably written and shared with your staff and team. An organized and detailed practice plan allows you to use your practice time more efficiently and focus on key areas for improvement.
