OffSet I Plays “Angl”Power Wing Beast Offense Playbook

Offset I formation - Angl FormationThis free coaching video reviews the Angl Offset I Plays in the Power Wing Beat Offense Playbook for youth football by Coach Parker. The Offset I formation and plays are run by many pee wee football teams across the country in Pop Warner like tackle Little league football programs and associations across the country.

Many I formation plays can be run out of the Angl formation.  The picture to the right has the o-line in a big overload to the right which makes the formation very similar to a Single Wing formation so many Single Wing plays can be run too. I really love the Angl Formation and the video below introduces many of the base plays I run out of the Offset I formation.

My favorite play out of the Offset I “Angl” formation is the Angl 27 CrakMo Toss Sweep. In this Sweep play with Wide Out crack blocks down on the playside DE or OLB.  The DEs hate this crack back block.  I also love the Fullback Gut Wedge Play that looks exactly like the Sweep play but the FB wedges up the middle.  Two of my favorite plays out of this formation. These are top plays for young football players ages 6 to 12 years old.
