What is your Coaches Meeting Agenda and Meeting Topics for pre-game and season? This is a similar question asked in my Facebook youth football coaching group forum yesterday. I love the question and made me start looking over some of my old coaches meeting notes.

This a rough list of topics for Coaches Meeting Agendas. If you have any more add in the comments section.

First of Season Coaches Meeting

The first Coaches Meeting might be a series of 2 or 3 meetings to go over all these topics as you solidify your staff. I like to do this in person at my home and have handouts. I want to make sure everyone knows this is not for the faint of heart.

We coach in Texas so the expectations are pretty high even in rec football. I love to play for Fun and Winning is Funner. And, really at the end of the day parents and players hate playing in losing teams. That is the reality, so do not kid yourself about its not about winning. You can be a great coach and the kids love you and know how to win.
