I was asked by a few readers to try and make a youth version of the Shotgun / Gun-T Offense which would fit into my playbook and eBook Offensive systems. I have been running Gun-T type plays since 2007 when I started playing around with the Spin Offense, The Toss, and the Single Wing. We hacked together a Spin Offense / DTDW Offense into what we called Speed back in 2007 which I have been writing about since 2008 and published Speed in my 2017 Power Wing Beast Offense Playbook. I wrote my Wildcat Multi Spread Offense Playbook back in 2019 and ran many plays similar to the Gun-T since my Speed DW formation and my Spread Offense version evolved from DW and SW offenses. After writing my Wing-T Selected Youth Football Plays eBook, I became very interested in the Wing-T system and bought many of the original Wing-T books by Raymond and Nelson.
